As backpackers, we really appreciated the comfortable and cozy single rooms, modern private bathrooms, and well-equipped common lounge and kitchen. the backyard garden with deck chairs and a perfect view of the volcano was a highlight. the staff was also very helpful and the hostel was perfectly maintained. Great value for money!

The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the slides with their 80kg weight limit. The staff at the bar were really hardworking, particularly EDY on the 12th floor, and the stunning views from there were a bonus. The breakfast was also great, with plenty of choice.

As women traveling alone, we felt very safe and secure at this hostel. the staff were friendly and spoke multiple languages, making communication easy. the modern kitchen setup was a genius feature, with multiple cooking stations and sinks, ensuring that we never got in anyone's way. the large lounge area was a great place to relax and meet other travelers. the bathroom was also very modern and had the best shower we've ever experienced.
